That's why I work with organizations and communities to get things done. I am an entrepreneur and idea maker who believes in the power of community.

My work is informed by 20 years of experience leading teams in business, more than a decade in philanthropy leading community initiatives, and starting and running my own companies and nonprofits.

When I'm not working, I'm on a hike, in a kayak, or on a road trip. Traveling with my wife, Carolyn, is one of my favorite pastimes.
